Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Manage daytoday operations of the production floor, including staffing, training, and supervision of production personnel.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of materials and components to support production activities.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement among production staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
