Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fitout Foreman to join our team at RADY INTERIOR.

The Fitout Foreman will play a crucial role in the successful execution of fitout projects, overseeing on-site construction activities, managing work crews, and ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Supervision:

Lead and supervise construction crews on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to project plans and specifications.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.

Task Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with the Project Engineer and Project Manager to plan daily tasks, set priorities, and allocate resources efficiently.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee that work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Schedule Adherence:

Work closely with the project team to ensure that construction activities are completed on time and within the established timeline.

Proactively identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep the project on track.

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact between on-site personnel, subcontractors, and the project management team.
Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and successes.

Material Management:

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials to the construction site.
Manage on-site material inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies.

Problem Solving:

Address on-site issues promptly and effectively, seeking solutions to challenges that may arise during construction.
Communicate and collaborate with the project team to resolve technical or logístical problems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Foreman in fitout projects.
Knowledge of fitout construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
Communications Skills.

AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
