Established in UAE in 2005, City Seasons Hotels currently owns and operates 6 properties in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, and Muscat.

The Group currently boasts 1,460 rooms.

Founded by Sheikh Ahmed Musallam Bin Ham, City Seasons Hotels commenced its journey in 2005.

The owners' ambition was to establish hotels that are elegant and stylish yet cozy with a focus on quality, luxury and great value.


Today, City Seasons Group of Hotels counts five 4-star properties in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Al Ain, and Muscat, with their first 5-star hotel, The Royal Rose in Abu Dhabi.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Telephone should be answered as per the hotel standard.
  • Ensure all reservations are entered correctly in the computer.
  • To check next days arrival list and put traces wherever required.
  • To make sure system is updated with correct rates.
  • Make sure that the VIP lists are prepared daily.
  • Concierge / Front Desk to be informed of same day.
  • Confirmations on reservations are responded to within the agreed time limits.
  • Reservation makers are entered accurately to monitor productivity.
  • To monitor room position for later dates and to communicate the Sold-Out and On-Request dates to the FOM.
  • Ensure all group reservations are entered correctly with details of Voucher, rooming list, meal plan, arrival and departure details.
  • To keep relevant departments informed of group requirements.
  • To check group requirements prior to arrival.
  • To assist whenever needed, on group checkins.
  • To action all incoming correspondence and to be filed in a correct manner.
  • To be familiar with hotel credit policy and implement according to standards laid down.
  • To attend departmental Training classes regularly and also keep sharing the same information with the staff.
  • To strive to anticipate client needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance client satisfaction.
  • To assist department manager in maintaining effective communication.
  • To comply with all Hotel Policies and Procedures.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,500.00 per month
