Requirements:


  • Possess a minimum of
    10 years of Customer Success management experience in a multicultural environment
:


  • Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Possess deep knowledge of the Gulf market and customer base.
  • Comfortably collaborate with an international team of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Have extensive experience in
    SaaS environments, including managing teams, account management, and deal closure.
  • Lead business development efforts, including account planning, expansion strategies, and supporting sales cycles.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the local team to achieve established objectives for upsell, crosssell, and churn, ensuring the highest service quality standards.
  • Demonstrate leadership and possess a winning personality.
  • Drive business outcomes with a focus on upsell, crosssell, churn reduction, downsell, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Utilize strong project management skills.
  • Be operationally adept, capable of resolving customer issues and providing innovative solutions.
  • Deliver excellent presentations and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Provide project management assistance.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities.
