Achieves Sales Target as set by the management.

  • Delegates designated customers' accounts to sales team.
  • Follows up projects & inquiries to achieve the sales goals.
  • Supervises the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Investigates lost sales (customer accounts).
  • Develops pricing schedules and rates.
  • Conducts market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Attends trade meetings and industry conventions.
  • Any other related task as required by the Division Manager.
  • Reports Monthly sales dynamics and client's requirements.

Requirements:


  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering Degree / Sales & Marketing, MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience as a sales Manager
  • Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
  • Knowledge of strategic planning
  • Proficient in relevant Software Applications
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiations & Persuasiveness Skills
  • Leadership Skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • English and Arabic are a must.
  • Driving License is required
