Description
You are a professional Real Estate Agent and an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Responsible for presenting purchase offers to sellers and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Specific job functions include creating property listings, showing properties to potential clients, and promoting properties through various advertising methods, including listings and open houses.


  • Marketing and submitting listings of property.
  • Working directly with homeowners and buyers and helping various parties with paperwork.
  • Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property.
  • Search and analysis of available properties on the market that meet the needs of clients.
  • Organizing and conducting property viewings.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.
  • Regularly track listings and stay up to date with the market.
  • Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers.
  • Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
  • Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
  • Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements, and lease contracts.
  • Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

NOTE:
Only hiring on comission basis. Commission structure is excellent and as per market standards


Knowledge and Skills required:

  • A minimum of 612 months of experience in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Outstanding proficiency in sales and negotiation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market.
  • Willingness to contribute to the longterm growth of the company.
  • Continuous updating of knowledge regarding Dubai real estate.
  • A selfmotivated and ambitious real estate professional.

Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
