Description
We are currently seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team at Koshaya Group of Companies. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular reports on customer satisfaction levels
  • Assist in the development of marketing and sales strategies to promote our products and services
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Relationship Officer or similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customeroriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
