Job Purpose

To carry out IT site project execution process post conception to completion in an organized and cost effective manner so as to ensure project completion within specified budget and time frame

Job Requirements
Education/Certification and Continued Education

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized university, complemented with network certification

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

Carry out IT site project execution process ensuring timely and cost effective project execution, as per the agreed project plan.
Liaise with business stakeholders to determine project scope, requirements and deliverables and effectively coordinate with various IT stakeholders for smooth project execution, in conjunction with the IT Site Manager / IT Site Team Lead
Assist in preparation of accurate project programs, clearly indicating the timeframes and activities involved in the project
Monitor project progress against the plan, take corrective action as and when required through effective coordination with the client, civil/retail project execution team, MEP contractors, IT vendors (cabling, network, servers and other hardware's), ISP and mall management and ensure smooth project execution
Carry out / coordinate hardware (Server / PC's / POS etc ) installation at site and provide Go Live support to ensure smooth business operation
Follow all implementation processes as per implementation lifecycle and ensure proper documentation
Provide periodic reports on the site progress and escalate any high priority concern in a timely fashion
