Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients of all ages.
Develop personalized nutrition plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits, weight management, and disease prevention.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition therapy into patient care plans.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient consultations and progress.
Conduct community outreach and educational programs on nutrition and healthy living.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Dietitian / Nutritionist.
Valid DOH (Department of Health) license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
