Job Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
_

  • Prepare all types of house beverage from hot coffee, tea and cold beverages adhering to coffee shop's recipe and at the same time in line with the guest/ staff's specific preference.
  • Manage stock levels, performs inventory, and communicate needs to restock to the concerned personnel.
  • Maintain daily records of beverage consumptions including opening and ending inventory of ingredients e.g., coffee beans, milk, and tea.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of coffee shop premises. Report condition of coffee shop equipment and appliances, and other maintenance requirement to the concerned personnel.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols and policies in place.

Education & Experience:_

  • High School Diploma. Minimum 23 years work experience as a barista in fast paced environment.

Skills & Competencies:_

  • Sound knowledge in variety of drinks, specialty coffee and latte art.
  • Professional in terms of appearance and approach. Hygienic and presentable.
  • Effective Communication and Listening Skills with good Attention to Details.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends.

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
Up to AED2,500.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
