Description

Capable to Maintain all heat treatment furnace inputs against all types of heat treatment process and all types furnaces.

Implementation & validation of heat treatment cycles of hardening, tempering & annealing for Muffle furnace, boggy furnace, Continuous furnace, Rotary furnace, bottom drop furnace.

Responsible for developing heat treatment processes that are appropriate for the specific products manufactured.

This will involve selecting the appropriate heat treatment method, determining the ideal temperature and time for heating and cooling,

and ensuring that the process meets industry standards.

Responsible for managing the heat treatment equipment used in the process, including ensuring that it is maintained properly and

that it is calibrated to meet industry standards.

Responsible for ensuring that the heat treatment process meets the required quality standards for the products.
This will involve conducting

regular tests and inspections, analyzing the results with the help of laboratory testing and making any necessary adjustments to the process.

Planning and execution of all Heat treatment job by coordinating with team and expedite the orders very much on time

ability to carry out micro structure analysis, hardness measurement & surface oxidation Decarburization independently by coordinating with LAB

Inspection of incoming & outgoing materials in order to make sure of internal ref of particular order and its requirement along with quantity

Attending customer complaints & taking corrective\preventive action

Metallurgical input for process parameters for direct hardening for following material, AISI 4140, AISI 5140, ISO , , 14.9 etc.

To plan manpower as per day-night shift & allocation as per Skill Matrix

Process controlling of heat treatment furnace start up, shutdown and DE-shooting, Troubleshooting work, Preventive maintenance of furnace

Responsible for maintaining in-process quality

Monitor & improve the Department OEE through effective analysis of loss hours & implement Reduction plan for down time hours.

Maintaining accurate records of the temperature log chart, heat treatment process, including temperature and time data,

and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed as a part of QMS and for internal / external audits.

Responsible for Material movement as per FIFO.

Responsible for executing preventive maintenance plan & minimizing breakdown time.

Responsible for managing a team of technicians, operators & other employees involved in the heat treatment process. This may involve scheduling,

training, and supervising their work, Work Instruction & SOP as per requirements.

Ability to work in flexible hours based on demand / customer required schedule.

Salary:
Up to AED5,000.00 per month
