As a Site Coordinator for a Transporting and Contracting company involved in Earth Works Projects, Road Works projects, infrastructure Projects, and Utilities, your responsibilities may include:

1.

Overseeing project execution:
Coordinate and supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to project specifications.

2.

Health and Safety:
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

3.

Resource Management:
Manage and allocate resources, such as manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project performance.

4.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to facilitate smooth communication and address any concerns.

5.

Progress Monitoring:
Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

6.

Quality Control:
Ensure that work meets quality standards by conducting inspections and adhering to project quality plans.

7.

Budget Management:
Assist in budgeting and cost control efforts to stay within the allocated project budget.

8.

Reporting:
Generate and submit reports on project status, progress, and any relevant updates to project management and clients.

9.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and other essential documentation.

10. Problem-solving: Identify challenges and proactively work to resolve them to prevent delays and improve project outcomes.
