Job Title:

PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within forex trading
organizational skill, and a solution-oriented mindset. The project manager will also collaborate with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project timelines and budgets, and track project progress against them.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure project requirements are defined and
understood.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to project team members, including defining roles and
responsibilities.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including executive
management.

  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality
standards.

  • Evaluate and recommend new financial technologies and solutions to enhance project
outcomes.

  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Fluent in speaking & writing Chinese.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong knowledge of forex trading products and services.
  • Has a great English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • PMP or Scrum certification is an advantage.
