Position Title:
Store In-Charge

Employment Type:
Full Time.

Salary:
Depending on experience and qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years minimum in F & B industry

Job Location:
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Role:
Ø Store in-charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of a store.

Ø Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the designated outlets.

Ø Able to follow the company standards for issuingand receiving stock within the store's area of operation.

Ø Ensure that all receiving and dispatching goods have proper documentation.

Ø Monitor PAR levels for all food items to ensure proper levels.

Ø Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports, invoices and DO's are filed, stored and enter in the system properly.

Ø Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.

Ø Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

Ø Ensure store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter in the system.

Ø Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis to determine inventory levels and needs.

Ø Adhere to all Health and Safetyprocedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.

Ø Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.

Ø Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
