Sales Manager - Sharjah, United Arab Emirates - YKM INTERNATIONAL LLC
Description
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.- Provide the quotation to clients as per requirement.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Maintain client records/contact lists and follow up with customers to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/ Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- 5 years' experience
- Experience in metal industry, building materials trading mandatory.
- International sales experience (GCC) preferred
- Should possess excellent mathematical skills.
- Leadership skills and team building
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
