Description
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Provide the quotation to clients as per requirement.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Maintain client records/contact lists and follow up with customers to establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:


  • MBA in Marketing/ Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 5 years' experience
  • Experience in metal industry, building materials trading mandatory.
  • International sales experience (GCC) preferred
  • Should possess excellent mathematical skills.
  • Leadership skills and team building

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
