Responsibilities:


  • Administer, manage, and maintain the company's Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
environments, ensuring optimal perfor mance, security, and availability.


  • Configure, deploy, and manage Azure DevOps to support the development and
  • Implement and manage Active Directory, including user and group management, Group
Policy, and authen tication services.


  • Manage and maintain Kaspersky antivirus software to ensure the security of company
devices and networks.


  • Utilize Manage Engine tools to monitor, analyze, and optimize the company's IT
infrastructure, identifying and resolving issue s promptly.


  • Collaborate with the IT team to design, develop, and implement new system
configurations, hardware, and software solutions.


  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting and resolving
issues in a timely and effici ent manner.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
