    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects ensuring that they are completed safely on time and within budget.


    Responsibilities:
    Plan organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
    Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring that deadlines are met.
    Manage project budgets and expenses tracking costs and making adjustments as needed.
    Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.

Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction methods techniques and regulations.
