Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the items received.
- Unload and inspect goods for damage or defects, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
- Store incoming inventory in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and space utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, locations, and movements using inventory management software or manual tracking systems.
- Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, picking items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including packing items securely and labeling packages with shipping information.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and guidelines when handling and storing inventory items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of debris.
- Assist with other warehouserelated tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing warehouse tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
