This is a full-time position, carried out from the comfort of your living room (or wherever you want) or from our amazing offices in Paris, Dubai or Barcelona.

YOUR MISSION:

Your mission will be to generate 50K€ to 100K€ per month by selling E-learning training and identifying new students for the Sales Team.
We are looking for a Top Gun Business Developer to join our Sales team.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be part of a top team of 6 to 10 people and your main responsibilities are:
1- Attract, find and convince new students to join our trainings:
- Identify new students who will be successful in our trainings
- Make at least 1 to 5 sales every day
- Source and be proactive in creating a Sales machine to attract new students for the team and yourself:
- Make at least 50 to 100 outbound calls on qualified leads : leads know us and are happy to talk with us
- Use the CRM as a way to be more productive and scalable for developing your Sales:
- Manage all your calls and meetings via Hubspot
- Manage your own reports on Hubspot for leads that you are generating.
- Ensure strategic, personalized business reminders and follow up on ongoing leads on your CRM
You know or are ready to learn how to use the CRM as a way to be more effective and efficient, to give visibility to the team for the work that you are doing and mainly to identify opportunities.
- Overcome objections with diligence and assertivity and escalate recurring objections:
- Being ready to listen 2 to 3 call records by week to improve your way of overcoming objections and selling
- Participating and proposing 1 to 5 new ideas per month to improve our offers
