In this role, you will be responsible for creating accurate and precise shop drawings that align with the design and construction requirements of our projects.

As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to the successful execution of hospitality ventures by translating conceptual designs into detailed plans that guide the construction and installation processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Shop Drawings Creation:_
  • Develop detailed and accurate shop drawings based on architectural and design plans for hospitality projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies between design concepts and practical construction requirements.

Project Teams:

  • Work closely with project teams to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Provide timely updates and revisions to shop drawings based on project feedback and changes.

Construction Knowledge:

  • Possess a strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and construction techniques relevant to hospitality projects.
  • Software Proficiency:_
  • Proficient in relevant drafting and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar tools.

Qualifications:


  • Degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Strong technical drafting skills with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in shop drawings.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise drawings.

Salary:
From AED1.00 per month
