Facilico Facilities Management is looking to hire experienced Soft Service Supervisor for the dynamic Soft Facilities Management team.

Job Purpose

The Soft Services Supervisor is to assist and support the Soft Services Manager to deliver the overall Soft Services scope of works.

To facilitate the Bics training of all Soft Services staff and is responsible to agreed standards ensuring that all services are delivered on time, to the expected quality standards, resource levels and within any agreed budget.

Key Job Responsibilities

To ensure the Cleaning Service provides the highest standards of delivery demonstrating excellent service at all times.
To ensure specialist sub

- contractors are compliant with Serco's Code of Conduct, and are providing efficient service and value for money.

To ensure that all areas within sphere of control are adequately staffed and that staff are proactively supervised in the undertaking of their duties.
To ensure that all staff have access to the appropriate resources and equipment to carry out their role.
To ensure that all staff completes their tasks to the standards determined in work schedules and to escalate any ongoing issues to the Soft Services Manager as necessary.
To monitor and record sickness and absence for Team Leaders, undertaking return to work interviews with staff following periods of sickness or absence.
To carry out counseling sessions as and when required to the appropriate staff groups.
To carry out cleaning standard self and joint audits with client representatives, to an agreed timetable and take appropriate action where a shortfall in standards is identified.
To carry out job training and or assessment of staff where this is appropriate and necessary to support the trainer.

Skills & Experience

Education:
Bachelor Degree or Equivalent

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Cleaning Industry with minimum of 2 years as Soft Services supervisor.

Requires knowledge of Cleaning Methods & working practices, and Health & Safety requirements
Knowledge of Bics, training and work standards

Certified BICSc

Familiar with cleaning machines

Driving License:
Valid UAE Driving License

Language:
English

Pay:
AED3, AED4,500.00 per month
