Description
Some of the job responsibilities a good hygiene officer has includes:

  • implementing systems in restaurant and conducting checks to ensure that all food handlers practice good food and personal hygiene when preparing food
- ensuring that food handlers observe and follow systems in place
- overseeing the cleanliness of the food premises
- following and enforcing all sanitation procedures in restaurants
- monitoring all work stations and dressing procedures in the restaurant
- creating checklists that the restaurant can adhere to during food safety checks


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
