Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by building rapport, demonstrating empathy, and providing personalized service.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software or other tracking systems.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily and inquire about their overall experience with the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor, with the ability to actively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns.
