REQUIREMENTS_

  • Proven experience as an Operations Supervisor in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for excellent guest service
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods or emergencies
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_


FOH Operations:


  • Lead by example and ensure highquality guest service is delivered consistently
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere through proper lighting, music, and air temperature
  • Monitor beverage service and ensure standards are met
  • Ensure the bar, dining room, host area, and exterior are clean and wellmaintained
  • Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure all service standards are met
  • Conduct preshift and departmental meetings to communicate relevant information to staff
  • Provide clear direction to the staff and encourage improvement where necessary

BOH Operations:


  • Check for food quality and quantity during line checks and correct deficiencies
  • Ensure all food is served according to recipe and at the proper temperature
  • Monitor and manage ticket times
  • Demonstrate and ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Clean asyougo and ensure daily cleaning and maintenance is completed

Employee Supervision:


  • Deliver effective training sessions at the beginning of each shift
  • Direct and hold staff accountable for results during the shift
  • Ensure proper dress code standards are met
  • Maintain FOH/BOH balance and assist when needed

Cash Handling, Safety, and Administration:


  • Perform all opening/closing responsibilities accurately and timely
  • Follow proper cash handling/drop procedures
  • Document guest and employee incidents accurately and completely
  • Ensure employees are clocked in for appropriate times

Experience:

Restaurant Supervisor: 3 years (required)
