Job Accountabilities

1. Locking and Unlocking Vehicle & Vault

Responsible to operate / control central locking system of vehicle, communicate with team for and efficient loading/unloading are in place to avoid mishandling of the cash / valuables at each and every location.

2. Driving / Vehicle Surveillance and Parking
Drives armoured van to transport money and valuables, picking up and ensuring the safe delivery of cash, always Maintain good, safe and courteous driving behavior Follow company procedures to ensure the security of cash, staff and vehicle is maintained at all times, oversee the vehicle and location to verify safety or complianc

2. Driving / Vehicle Surveillance and Parking

Drives armoured van to transport money and valuables, picking up and ensuring the safe delivery of cash, always Maintain good, safe and courteous driving behavior Follow company procedures to ensure the security of cash, staff and vehicle is maintained at all times, oversee the vehicle and location to verify safety or compliance to strict security and safety standards, carry out procedures properly in the event of an emergency or a criminal attack and help the local police in case of emergencies such as theft or attack.

Ensure accuracy and efficient loading/unloading at locations and other secure areas. Find safe places for the vehicles to pull over in order to allow following traffic to pass safely.

Vehicle must be in safe operating condition and be capable of displaying signs and other warning devices specified on the permit.

Under any circumstance vehicle should not be unoccupied at any given point until it carrying cash and valuables.

However, vehicle can leave idle incase no cash and no valuables are onboard and must be parked in a safe area.

Properly in compliance with all traffic rules and regulations, risk assessment according to the role (parking area/ safe driving etc.)

3. Maintaining Vehicle Log Sheet / Route

Responsible to prepare and maintain vehicle log sheet / run sheet at each location and must be submitted to LINE on a daily basis, Additional responsibilities include maintaining a variety of records, such as time at each stop, purpose of trip, number of trips per day, mileage.

Ensure follow specified routes and scrutinize the routes for cash-in-transit transfers; pursue transit routes to minimize certainty.

Ongoing communication with team to ensure proper utilization of time and resources and make sure all work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with the trip sheet, Always adhere to Operational Standing Orders.

4. Vehicle Maintenance

Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any security and/or mechanical defects armouring functions to LINE including but not limited to wash vehicle and clean interior.

Report workplace hazards and incidents such as a road accident or faulty equipment / mechanical failure. Working within the guidelines to ensure a high quality of service is consistently maintained, with optimum efficiency. Vehicle check-up / inspection report (weekly).

Receive and handover keys from/to Team Lead.e to strict security and safety standards, carry out procedures properly in the event of an emergency or a criminal attack and help the local police in case of emergencies such as theft or attack.
