Description
Cary out pre-diagnosis steps to ensure customer complaints are clearly identified prior to the vehicle entering the workshop.

  • In charge of reviewing all agreed repairs that have been completed to the required standard.
  • Ensuring the work is completed as per fulfilled quality inspection and passed by conducting road testing routines to achieve excellent engineering, safety, and comfort for the customers
  • Returning cars to reconditioning process in case any repairs were missed after the test drive/quality control.
  • Ensure the work is carried out to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
  • Ensure that work is accomplished as per the requirements within the specified timeline.
  • Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports of customer concerns.
  • To perform any other task related to the job description or nature.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
