Description

Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and assists the customer to a service advisor.


  • Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, and efficient manner.
  • Obtains basic demographic information about each customer, using CRM.
  • Enters data into a prospect tracking system and runs prospect reports to the Reception Manager.
  • Work cooperatively with the Service Advisors
  • Assist in scheduling the customers and confirming the Service Advisors' appointments
  • Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

From AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
