Description

Responsibility

  • Perform all accounting processes such as posting journal entries, updating transactions and monthly closing of books as per accounting standards.
  • Ensure the completion of accounting entries based on regular timing and posting them to the correct accounts.
  • Check and reconcile invoices with Delivery Notes, GRN and PO.
  • Correction of invoice errors with the suppliers and Purchase Order mistake with the purchase department, corrections of GRN mistakes with the stores department.
  • Enter on MIS details regarding purchase invoices related to finished goods, Raw material, Packaging, General Items, Fuel and Maintenance.
  • Enter on MIS details regarding Petty cash and Bank Fund Transfers.
  • Analyze and interpret financial reports, identify trends and make recommendations when necessary.
  • Perform other day to day tasks assigned by the manager

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or Finance from a reputable institute.


Experience

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance functions.
  • Proven experience in prioritizing and handling multiple transactions simultaneously.

Pay:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
