Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday accounting tasks.
  • General ledger accruals postings.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Manage receivables, sales invoices, records, and follow up on due payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Payroll processing and to ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
  • Preparing VAT returns and timely submissions of VAT statements to FTA.
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheet and income statement.
  • Assist in annual financial audit.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Working knowledge of Tally and FOCUS ERP9 is a plus.
  • Advance Excel knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • 3 years' experience as an Accountant.
  • Can join immediately.

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 3 years (required)
Building Materials: 2 years (preferred)
