Job requirement:


  • Graduation.
  • Min. 8 years' experience in UAE with real estate/property companies.
  • Responsible for handling multiple projects, maintenance and leasing activities.
  • Knowledge of tenant improvement budgeting and scheduling.
  • Able to negotiate and convince tenants & customers.
  • Good knowledge in property rules and regulations and able to liaison with various authorities.
