Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is actively seeking an IT Support Analyst, to hire into their Dubai office.

About the role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for handling all types of support requests, ensuring they are logged and actioned in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of laptops, multi-functional devices and printers.

You will take ownership of IT issues and see through to resolution and maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.

Other responsibilities will include assisting with the central Service Desk function, investigating issues, and working alongside colleagues and technical teams as required.

You will also assist with the set-up and support of AV and video conferences.

The role of IT Support Analyst is to deliver professional, high-quality IT support to all international offices working closely with colleagues in UK, Europe, and Asia.

You will be required to support and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPhones & iPads) and telephone systems.
