We are seeking a dynamic Salon Manager for a female salon to lead our team located in the heart of Dubai.

As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon's operations and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch services in a luxurious and relaxing environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of talented stylists, beauticians, and front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring the salon's continued growth and success.
  • Maintain the salon's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for clients and staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order salon products and supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations and efficient stock management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a customercentric approach, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in the beauty industry, ensuring that the salon stays ahead of the competition by introducing innovative services and techniques.
  • Manage the salon's financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control, to achieve profitability targets.
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations to promote skill development and ensure the team's consistent delivery of highquality services.
  • Collaborate with the salon owner and corporate management on business strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Should be in Dubai already

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of hair, makeup, and beauty treatments, along with a strong sense of style and current trends.
  • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring smooth daytoday salon operations.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be a plus).
  • Familiarity with salon management software and tools.
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai or willing to relocate.
  • Knowledge with Zenoti is preferred

Salary:
AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
