Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Verify patient information and insurance details accurately.
- Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and efficient operations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain financial records.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Pay:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
