Job Title:
Admission Officer (Telesales)
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate interest in our products or services.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings, promotions, and pricing to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a consistent call volume to meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of prospective students.
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to identify sales opportunities and address customer concerns or objections.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments or schedule followup calls with interested prospects.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Adhere to established scripts and sales processes while adapting to customer responses to ensure effective communication and engagement.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in admission counselling for study abroad programs and/or marketing/sales/telesales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of admission procedures and visa regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills preferred.
- Proven work experience as a telesales professional

AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:
