Admission Officer (Telesales)


Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate interest in our products or services.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings, promotions, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs and requirements, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a consistent call volume to meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of prospective students.
  • Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the admission process, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to identify sales opportunities and address customer concerns or objections.
  • Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments or schedule followup calls with interested prospects.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhere to established scripts and sales processes while adapting to customer responses to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in admission counselling for study abroad programs and/or marketing/sales/telesales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of admission procedures and visa regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a telesales professional
This is a full-time position with a salary range of AED 3000 depending on experience and qualifications. If you are passionate about education, have experience in marketing, tele-sales, and sales, and are interested in helping students achieve their academic goals,
