What the job involves

As an M&A Manager, you will:

Lead the execution of M&A transactions, working closely with industry and sector teams within strategic assets.
Build financial models, conduct financial and valuation analyses, and formulate investment theses.
Manage negotiations with targets and shareholders, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders.
Engage and oversee various advisors involved in M&A transactions, including due diligence and legal aspects.
Provide input to sector teams on deal pipelines and market opportunities, contributing to the overall strategic direction.
Report to the M&A Director, offering comprehensive information and coordinating reporting activities.

Who we are looking for

Extensive dealmaking experience in Investment Banking M&A or Private Equity.
Regional experience preferred, with a track record of deal execution in the Middle East.
Proven proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English is essential and fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
Master's degree in a relevant field and professional certifications are advantageous.
