What You'll be Doing

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities.

Provide regular reports and insights on key financial metrics to senior management.

Commercial Strategy:

Collaborate with commercial teams to assess the financial viability of new business opportunities.

Support the development and execution of pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Conduct market analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to set financial targets.

Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts, highlighting potential variances and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for review by senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Provide financial guidance and support to various departments, fostering a culture of financial accountability.

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar finance role, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems / SAP
