Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of various viennoiseries products, including croissants, Danish pastries, and puff pastry items.
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
Operate bakery equipment such as dough sheeters, ovens, and mixers, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards.
Perform quality checks on finished products to identify any deviations from specifications.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and notifying supervisors of any shortages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment and utensils.
Follow established procedures for food handling, storage, and disposal to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimize production processes.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a bakery or food production environment, preferably with exposure to viennoiseries production.
Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles, including dough preparation and fermentation.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce highquality products.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in measuring ingredients and monitoring baking processes.
Capacity to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire
