About the company:

EVASOFIA VACATION HOME company manages apartments in Dubai.

Our company started its work in December and is currently actively developing.

Now we are looking for a person with a good perspective who is focused on growth together with the company.


Requirements:


  • Experience as an Agent/Sales Manager from 1 year;
  • Experience in real estate will be an advantage;
  • Work experience in MS Office, google docs;
  • Knowledge of English at least upper intermediate;
  • Knowledge of Arabic and Hindi will be an advantage;
  • Developed communication skills (active listening, negotiation skills, basic sales techniques, etc.).

Responsibilities:


  • Negotiating with potential clients of the company;
  • Preparation and holding of presentations for owners;
  • Collection and processing of the database through agents and concierges;
  • Holding meetings on cooperation;
  • Working with projects for selection for holiday home;
  • Building longterm relationships with clients;
  • Reporting on the results of work.

Conditions:


  • Fixed salary;
  • Registration of a working Visa after the probation period;
  • Development within the company.

Pay:
AED7, AED10,000.00 per month
