Responsibilities

  • Address data problems primarily specific to performance marketing and growth, create advanced analytics and business intelligence reports.
  • Partner with departments to provide actionable data insights & solutions for business inefficiencies, areas of improvements, and growth opportunities.
  • Performing data collection, cleansing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Filters and "cleans" data by reviewing computer reports, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.

Requirements:


  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign data, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
  • Produce reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders determine the meaning of the data.
  • Translating raw data to key stakeholders (who may not be data savvy).
  • Querying, and transforming raw data forms into structured data sets ready for analysis.
  • Design and build Business intelligence models and predictive analytics to provide deeper insights.
  • Analysing dashboards and produce deep dive analysis to provide actionable insights for implementation.

Skill & Competencies

  • Quantitative background in Statistics, Computer Science, Math or another technical field
  • 46 years of experience as Analyst in the Marketing domain
  • Experience on Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Business Intelligence Tools
  • Strong understanding of paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in analyzing campaign data and using it to optimize performance.
  • Demonstrated experience of running detailed quantitative analysis, interpreting data and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Must be based in Dubai.
