Position Overview:
We're seeking motivated individuals to join our EVS Automotive Call Center team in Dubai. As a Call Center Agent, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with inquiries, appointments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records in our database.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
