Required - Sysytem Manager with marketing - ( F&B Experienced)

Location - Abu Dhabi

Immediate/ 1 week

Experience & Skills Requirements:
Post-Graduation degree in related field hospitality / Marketing or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in POS system (preferably Revel), inventory management software (preferably Market Man), and food delivery aggregator services (like Talabat, Deliveroo, Deliverect, Chat Food etc).

Knowledge of maintaining online menus on food portals (like Deliverect, Deliveroo, Talabat etc) Strong Knowledge of image preparation for online food portals Strong knowledge of these system functioning and features Flexible with work hours.

Valid UAE License

Core Functional Areas: Maintaining, updating, tracking, and analysing food delivery order mechanisms running through POS system (preferably Revel), inventory management software (preferably Market Man), and food delivery aggregator services (like Talabat, Deliveroo, Deliverect, Chat Food etc).

Maintaining, updating, and optimizing the online menus on food portals used by the Company.

Coordinating with IT dept.

to troubleshoot day to day technical glitches in a timely manner to reduce failures and avoid interruptions in delivery cycle.

Coordinate with branch management personnel for making and updating manual entries in POS/food portals / aggregators, as per prescribed procedures.

Ensure strict compliance across the systems in terms of accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Forecasting, monitoring, and driving key performance metrics associated with the systems.

Reviewing all operational procedures for inputting, preparing, transporting, and delivery of food orders to ensure high standards of Food delivery are met
