Position Title:
Restaurant Manager

Employment Type:
Full Time.

Salary:
Depending on experience

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in Arabic cuisine

Job Location:
Dubai, UAE

Job Role:
Ø Managing restaurant staff work schedules

Ø Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.

Ø Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.

Ø Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service

Ø Monitoring the restaurant cash flow and settling outstanding bills, opening and closing daily register

Ø Training new employees as per their abilities and skills.

Ø Inspecting the food and beverage stock level and restock them in a timely manner.

Ø Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them.

Ø Reviewing customer surveys to suggesting, developing and implementing ways to improve customer service.

Ø Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.

Ø Checking with the guest and making sure that they are getting served with the best quality food & service

Ø Other duties and responsibilities related to the position.

Ø Monitoring proper food cost at all time.

Ø Minimizing wastage & spoilage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field Preferable
Prior work experience as a Restaurant Manager/ Supervisor
Positive attitude
EFS Certificate, HACCP preferable
Extensive demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Strong organization and analytical skills
Customeroriented individual and an outstanding problemsolver.
Excellent grooming standards.
Great time management skills.
Good communication skills
