Data Entry Operator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Hireget
Description
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into various systems and databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems as necessary.
- Retrieve and organize data from various sources for input into the system.
- Review data for errors, missing information, and inconsistencies, and follow up to resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to clarify data requirements.
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed within established deadlines.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry operator, data entry clerk, or similar position.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong timemanagement skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
