Executive Assistant to CEO - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Immigo Consultancy

Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for company documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the CEO.
- Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with minutetaking techniques and meeting procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
