Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the CEO in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for company documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as requested by the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO as required.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with minutetaking techniques and meeting procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
