JOB Description

Supervising a team of security officers ensuring the best possible service delivery.
Managing team resources to ensure adequate staffing for our customer.
Inducting new personnel ensuring they are aware of site security procedures.
Seeking ways of enhancing service offering by making frequent improvement suggestions, and encouraging security team to do likewise.
Ensuring that training and screening requirements have been met for all team members.
Ensuring quality of service, contract compliance and that that operational KPIs are met.
Leading the team in incident management and conflict resolution.
Completing effective health & safety assessments, risk assessments and site evaluations.
Supporting and developing team members in the performance of their duties, managing poor performance as required.
Ensuring that all security guards deployed are qualified and possess all the necessary requirements by the governing body.
Making sure that the entire security team is fully aware of the client's assignment instructions.
The site must be fully staffed as required at all times.
Proper link up between the client and the service provider.
Reporting has to be done precisely and accurately.
Conduct briefings and trainings on site specific requirements.
Leading by example.

Completing effective health & safety assessments, risk assessments and site evaluations.

Supporting and developing team members in the performance of their duties, managing poor performance as required.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
