Description
Conduct quality control audits of the store and ensure that standards are strictly follow.

  • Responsible to monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Responsible to analyze and report on quality control data provide and prepare quality audit report to the Management.
  • Develop and implement quality control / auditing procedures.
  • Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action plans.
  • Conduct investigation and identify the root causes of quality issues.
  • Responsible in developing and implementing corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with the government laws and regulations.
  • Responsible to monitor and audit quality control systems.
