Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote and sell travel products such as tours and attractions, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, holiday packages, and travel insurance to potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
  • Follow up with customers and provide them with relevant information on a regular basis
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and competition
  • Achieve sales targets on a regular basis
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Work collaboratively with other teams in the company to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Good knowledge of travel products and services
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • Arabic (preferred)
