Sales Executive - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Rayna Tourism LLC
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel products such as tours and attractions, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, holiday packages, and travel insurance to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Follow up with customers and provide them with relevant information on a regular basis
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and competition
- Achieve sales targets on a regular basis
- Prepare reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
- Work collaboratively with other teams in the company to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Good knowledge of travel products and services
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Arabic (preferred)
