Description

As a Sales Agent with banking experience, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers through strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling a range of banking products and services, including but not limited to:


  • Retail banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits.
  • Credit products including personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards.
  • Mortgage loans for both residential and commercial properties.
  • Business banking services such as business accounts, trade finance, and working capital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients to identify suitable banking solutions.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of various banking products and services.
  • Prepare and present customized product proposals to clients, addressing their specific financial needs and objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of sales experience in the banking industry in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, as well as knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UAE.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
