Verify pricing and availability of genuine, non-genuine, and second-hand car parts from various suppliers.
Ensure accurate stock levels and lead times to meet company requirements.

Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure competitive rates for car parts.
Verify invoices and bills for accuracy, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.

Purchase Bills and Payment Follow-Up:

Process purchase orders and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.

Ensure that warranty terms are clearly understood and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
