Description
Ø Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.Ø Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ø Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
Ø Cook food in various utensils or grillers
Ø Steaming, grilling, broiling, baking, or frying meats, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Ø Checking food and ingredients for freshness.
Ø Working well under pressure and within the time limit.
Ø Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
